23 AND UNDER BRITISH OPEN (BOYS AND GIRLS)

23 & Under British Open | 2027

Two competitions. One exciting day. Represent your club with pride.

Join us at Action Indoor Sports Birmingham on Sunday 7 February 2027 for the 23 & Under British Open, bringing club teams together for a day of competitive indoor cricket.

This event replaces the previous 19 & Under Open competition, extending the age category to give more young players the opportunity to compete for a British Open title alongside their club teammates.

Separate boys’ and girls’ competitions

The event is open to clubs from across the UK, with separate boys’ and girls’ competitions taking place on the same day. Teams will compete for the British Open title in their respective competition.

Both competitions are for players aged 23 and under. This is a club team-entry event, so registration should be completed on behalf of your team rather than for individual players.

Compete, develop and showcase your game

Every side is guaranteed a minimum of three games on the day, providing opportunities to test themselves against other clubs, build partnerships and put their skills into practice.

Indoor cricket rewards quick thinking, accurate execution and contributions from the whole team. From running between the wickets and managing batting partnerships to bowling under pressure and working together in the field, this is an opportunity to challenge your squad and develop through competition.

England selectors will be in attendance, giving players the opportunity to showcase their skills, attitude and teamwork. Participation does not guarantee selection for an England squad or programme.
