Congratulations to the 17 & Under Super League Champions the Hurricanes. This year was the first year of Super League across all age groups, and the Hurricanes side has cemented its place in the history books being the first 17 and Under Franchise to win the title.
This age category proved to be a much tighter league than the Men’s Category as all of the teams registered a number of victories during the league season. The Hurricanes team here showing just how important skin points are too the game, taking 4 more than any other team.
Special mention to Danny Blyghton from the Warriors squad taking the MVP for this category with his consistent Batting and exceptional spin bowling.
